Analysis principle:

The 3300VA heavy metal analyzer adopts an improved anodic dissolution method, using specially designed electrodes and patented measuring cells, which can detect various metal and non-metal elements. The analysis consists of two steps:

1. Pre deposit the analyte in the analytical solution under certain conditions, so that the analyte is deposited in a reduced state onto the working electrode: Men++ne → Me;

2. The test substance deposited on the working electrode is electrolyzed and dissolved in an oxidized state into the electrolyte: Me → Men++ne. Record and detect the potential changes on the working electrode during this process.

Each analysis automatically deducts the background signal to obtain the true sample signal. The concentration of the test substance is automatically obtained by comparing it with the standard solution. The entire measurement process does not use toxic reagents, and the specially designed long-life mercury free, non coated electrodes further ensure the safety of users and the environment.
